Full Venue is revolutionizing the way the Retail, Sports & Events industries are targeting their marketing and monetizing their digital assets.
By joining our team you will work closely with the biggest retail, sports & events organizations in these industries and help them to achieve incredible results.
Our AI team is Full Venue’s airplane master engine. We are helping our clients by extracting insights from the data they are currently holding and bringing more customers using our predictive algorithms.
Your day to day might look like this:
- Being part of the definition of the marketing strategy, including which channels to activate, budget allocation, set up, optimization, tracking and reporting;
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
- Have an eye on the performance of advertising across diverse search engines, websites and platforms;
- Being a driver of innovation within the team, suggesting and testing new channels or ideas that might prove to be efficient;
- Reviewing and suggesting changes that might impact conversion rates, such as the website flow, testing opportunities, product ideas, etc;
- Reviewing competitor’s advertising and benchmarking on an ongoing basis.
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, having successfully (from conception to tracking) implemented campaigns in diverse channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience in Microsoft Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Looker Studio, Adveronix or any email marketing tool is a plus;
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager configuration to proper tracking of the campaigns;
- Proficient in deriving insights from data;
- Native-level spoken and written English;
- Experience working with an e-commerce brand is a plus;
- A/B testing and goal-oriented mindset;
- Able to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Attention to detail;
- Have a positive attitude & good heart.
