Full Venue is revolutionizing the way Sports & Events industry are targeting their marketing and monetizing their digital assets. 

By entering our team you will work closely with the biggest sports & events organizations in the industry and help them to achieve incredible results.

Our AI team is the master engine from Full Venue’s airplane. We are helping our clients by extracting insights from the data they are currently holding and bringing more customers using our predictive algorithms.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales;
  • You have experience developing and leading a high-performing sales team in a growth environment;
  • You have experienced both inside and outside sales, including inbound and outbound prospecting;
  • Solid data skills when it comes to forecasting, commission plans, and reporting;
  • Natural aptitude for sales, supported by quantitive analysis, planning, and strategic thinking, but also willing to roll your sleeves up by talking to prospects, qualifying, and closing new deals;
  • You have the drive and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients;
  • You are pragmatic, open to change, and deal very well with unexpected challenges;
  • You love to give and receive feedback;
  • Exceptional in-person/digital, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • You are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English. French is a plus.

Your day-to-day might look like this:

  • Drive sales, expand the customer base, generate new revenue from new leads, and increase revenue from the existing customers;
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in all Sales pipeline Stages by maximizing conversion and ARR;
  • Empower the overall team to engage with prospects and understand their unique and specific pain points, producing compelling business cases to meet their needs, while delivering factual and insightful feedback to marketing, product, and customer success teams;
  • Lead and support in-person/digital client presentations to executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals;
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.

  • Strong network of sports, events, and retail properties consultants, leaders, and decision-makers.
  • AI, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics background or previous experience selling similar solutions.
