Our AI team is the master engine from Full Venue’s airplane. We are helping our clients by extracting insights from the data they are currently holding and bringing more customers using our predictive algorithms.
About you
- University Degree in accounting, finance, or similar areas;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with some CFO positions, is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, working capital;
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills;
- Effective verbal, and written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles;
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
- High level of personal integrity.
Your day to day might look like this:
- Drive and lead the company’s financial planning and activities;
- Structure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information and compliance with regulations and appropriate accounting practices and with applicable local financial and tax regulations;
- Represent the company with all third parties and stakeholders (Lawyers, financial institutions, auditors, accounting company, etc);
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis statements and provide regular reports to the board of directors;
- Help with billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other relevant financial processes;
- Coordinate the company’s cash flow (including control and execution of payments and cash collections);
- Follow up with ongoing investment applications and evaluate new investment opportunities;
- Perform annual financial budgeting and follow-up whenever required (especially in a monthly basis);
- Ability to help other departments (giving critical inputs to implement procedures at the operational level, open mind to discuss any matters, etc).

This position is Hybrid. The on-site work will be done in one of our offices in Guimarães and/or Lisbon, Portugal.
