What we are looking for:
Our AI team is the master engine from Full Venue’s airplane. Through the algorithms developed by our engineers we are predicting the likelihood of customers to make purchases.
What will you do:
- Develop machine learning algorithms
- Develop ETL pipelines for end-to-end data processing
- Work alongside the Product Team to define new features by integrating the above algorithms into the product
- Identify and lead initiatives for adding AI capabilities to our product
- Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience (or PhD) in Machine Learning or Deep Learning
- 3+ years of experience in Python (in industry or academia) and strong software development skills
- Working knowledge of scikit-learn or similar frameworks
- Experience leading complex and ambiguous projects from ideation to completion
- Ability to learn quickly and dive deep into new problems and fields
- Ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders
- Critical thinking & self-direction
- Results-oriented mindset
Set yourself apart:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and wearing different hats
- Experience in deploying and monitoring ML models in production and iterating as a result
- Experience building ETL pipelines
