Full Venue is revolutionizing how Retail targets its marketing and monetizes its digital assets.
We are looking for a full-time Accounting Controller with the skills and drive to take Full Venue to the next level.
We want a motivated person who is an excellent multitasker and exceptional financial skills. This role is essential, as we need someone who is fully committed to supporting the Financial/ Accounting department. Our goal is to have a professional who helps us to ensure compliance with accounting and financial legislation and consequently to guarantee the sustainable growth of the company.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (highly valued);
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounting & Controlling experience;
- Experience on accounting and bookkeeping procedures and month end close activities (eliminatory);
- Experience with externalized accounting management (eliminatory);
- CPA license (highly valued);
- Fluency in English and in Portuguese, written and spoken (Mandatory);
- Experience with reporting & management accounts (highly valued);
- Organization and problem-solving skills with excellent use of logic;
- Excellent MS Excel skills (eliminatory);
Your day-to-day might look like this:
- Work and report directly to our CFO.
- Accounting Support on month end close activities;
- Operational treasury management support;
- Assistance of accounting & finance activities of Int’l legal entities;
- Assistance on Audit process with CPA;
- Responsible for AP&AR Controlling;
- Controlling & monthly analysis of revenue recognition & Invoicing process;
- Maintenance & elaboration of additional Financial Processes & Procedures;
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
